Aww, I remember the days of mixing formula, keeping the dogs out of it, feeding babies, cleaning babies, keeping dogs out of the formula, and letting the dogs clean the bowl! However, I do not miss the every 1-2 hours for those who don't seem to thrive, or the last to hatch, etc. Now I just stay up all night watching the puppy who just picked up a bee in his mouth, and now is feeling the sting. :-(
Sorry, these little ones are all grown up now! Sarah is very correct though in the work and time they take. Babies are fed every 2-3 hours 24/7. But I have to tell you, this clutch was Magics babies. He was still a youngster himself at the time. But he took good care of those babies.
